For more than twenty-four years, Mr. Probus has worked on a wide variety of legal matters, including general contract disputes, business formations, business transactions, commercial and residential construction disputes, mechanic's and materialmen's liens, and real estate and landlord-tenant disputes.
Mr. Probus is licensed to practice before all state courts within Texas as well as in the federal courts in the Northern, Western, and Southern Districts of Texas and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Mr. Probus is certified in compliance with the Texas Alternative Dispute Resolution Procedures Act, Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code, Section 154.052(a). Mr. Probus has been listed in Who's Who in American Law since 1996.
Mr. Probus received his law degree with honors from the University of Texas School of Law in 1988. He went on to serve as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable James DeAnda, Chief Judge for the United States District Court, Southern District of Texas in Houston. After his clerkship, he returned to Austin to the private practice of law. In 1997, Mr. Probus formed his own law firm.
